Nubar Peacock Feathers with Added Peacock
Nubar Peacock Feathers is amazing. I've seen so many pictures of it and each one is so different, it really is a nail varnish that has to be experienced in real life to get the full effect.
It felt a little wrong to start stamping on such a gorgeous nail varnish but I could resist adding some peacocks from Bundle Monster plate BM15. I kept it somewhat simple and only added them to my thumbs and ring fingers.
The stamping was done with China Glaze 2030. At first I really didn't think it was going to work since I've had some trouble stamping intricate designs with 2030 but it actually worked really well. The peacock on my index finger isn't actually headless it's just the angle of the camera and shadow.

OMG! Stars!
I think holographic nail varnishes are amazing I really wish I had more in my collection so far I've just the one China Glaze OMG.
It's such a shame it's not sunny today, shade does not show this polish off to its full advantage at all.
You can see a little bit more of the holo in this photo but to see it at it's best this is one you really have to experience in real life.
The big stars are from Bundle Monster plate BM05 and the little stars are from plate BM14 both are done in Konad Special Polish Black. It got a little smudged on my little finger whoops!

Cupcakes
Whilst these cupcakes may not be edible I still think they're cute
That's OPI What's With The Cattitude? for the base colour. I must admit I bought this colour purely for the name but it's really lovely. The only problem I had with it was that it's kinda sheer; it took 4 coats before it covered my nail line, worth the effort though in my opinion.
The cupcakes are from Bundle Monster plate BM14. My Konad SP White has almost ran out so it was hard to get enough polish on the plate fast enough so some of them went on with only the cake case transferring onto my nail, as if someone had already scoffed them heehee. A dotting tool and some white nail varnish fixed that. The cake cases are Konad SP Red but look brown on top of the blue.
The cherries on top are red rhinestones from Viva La Nails. I'm really into rhinestones at the moment in fact I just ordered some new colours. I find them easy to apply and they really jazz up an otherwise 'normal' design.
Can I ask your opinion? Does anyone know if there's a difference between the Konad Special Polishes and the Princess Polishes? When I went to buy a new bottle of white I notice that both kinds are the same price but Special Polishes come in 10ml and Princess Polishes are 12ml so they're slightly better value. What are your experiences with them?

Liquid Leather Stars
This was my first manicure with my Viva La Diva stuff. It's a base colour of China Glaze Liquid Leather (I love this nail varnish but its name makes me cringe,) star design from Bundle Monster plate BM21 in China Glaze Millennium and Dazzlings (I think that's what they're called) from Viva La Diva.
This is a quick photo I took before I added the dazzlings and before clean up as well
The dazzling did not like my Seche Vite topcoat the colour started coming off and bleeding into the surrounding varnish. I checked the website and it says they "work best on extensions using gel or acrylic techniques" so I think I was using them wrong. I'll have to have a play about with them to find out how best to use them on natual nails because acrylics are not my thing.

Cherry Print
This was my first go at stamping tips. It was much more difficult than I thought! I have skinny nails and they're rather curved so I had to roll the image to make it go over the entire nail and smudged it Every. Single. Time. Pah
Although it doesn't look that bad with it being subtle colours.
The base colour is Barry M Lemon Ice Cream. It's more bright yellow than lemon and took a good three coats before it stopped looking remotely patchy. In fact if I was wearing it alone it would have needed a fourth coat to look perfect. The drying time isn't too bad, especially with a layer of Seche Vite as well.
The tips are from Bundle Monster BM17 done in Konad SP White. The cherries are from a fauxnad plate I got from eBay done in Konad SP Red and Konad Princess Polish Deep Jungle.
